Plan Description
Este plan de entrenamiento está diseñado específicamente para ciclistas de nivel medio que quieren preparar con garantías una gran fondo de montaña, como la Gran Fondo Sierra de Albacete.
Se trata de una planificación estructurada por potencia, con una duración aproximada de 18 semanas, que permite desarrollar de forma progresiva la resistencia aeróbica, el umbral funcional, la capacidad en subida y la tolerancia al esfuerzo prolongado, llegando al día de la prueba en el mejor estado de forma posible.
El plan incluye:
-Entrenamientos basados en zonas de potencia (FTP)
-Periodización clara por fases (base, desarrollo, intensificación y puesta a punto)
-Sesiones específicas para puertos largos y encadenados
-Trabajo complementario de core y fuerza funcional, clave para mejorar la eficiencia, la estabilidad sobre la bici y la prevención de lesiones
-Semanas de descarga y ajuste para asegurar una correcta asimilación del entrenamiento
Está pensado para ciclistas que entrenan 4–5 días por semana, con posibilidad de adaptarlo según disponibilidad
