It’s an ideal transition phase that bridges general fitness and the more event-specific training that follows, helping you arrive at your main preparation block stronger, more durable, and confident in your direction.

This plan assumes you’re comfortable riding both indoors (such as Zwift) and outdoors, and happy combining structured quality sessions with longer endurance rides.
