Plan Description

This plan will increase your speed and durability as you head into your A priority gravel race.
We focus on strength, big gear work, tempo, VO2max sessions, and lots of endurance riding to prepare you for a long day in the saddle.
This is primarily a Build plan that assumes you've put in some mileage already. However, you can also use it as a full race plan, given that you have some experience on the bike.
This plan will target anywhere from a 50 to 100 mile race. If you're planning on a longer race, you can always increase the time for your long endurance ride and add endurance to workouts when you have time.
