Train Smart. Ride Strong. Conquer the Mallorca 312.
Starts Monday, 2nd February 2026

Got your sights set on the legendary Mallorca 312 in April? Want to finish strong and stay comfortably within the cut-off times? Then this 12-week training plan is exactly what you need.

Built specifically for the demands of the event, this plan is your blueprint to the start line — and more importantly, the finish.

Why This Plan?
I’ve ridden the Mallorca 312 myself, so I know first-hand what it takes. This plan is designed to:

Build your endurance gradually and smartly

Include midweek indoor turbo sessions (Zwift, TrainerRoad, or Smart Trainer compatible)

Fit in longer weekend rides with your club or on your own

Work around your own power or heart rate zones

Give you structure, motivation, and the confidence that you're doing the right training at the right time

You’ll arrive at the start line knowing you've done the work.

How It Works

💪 Time Commitment: 6-8 hours per week

Each week includes 2–3 structured turbo workouts, plus longer weekend rides. And it’s not just about the bike — you’ll also get wellness and mindset tips to help you stay on track.
