Dit FTP Boost-plan van 6 weken is bedoeld voor fietsers met weinig tijd die hun FTP willen verhogen met slechts 4 gestructureerde sessies per week. Het plan combineert bewezen trainingsmethoden zoals sweet spot, Threshold sessie, VO2 max-training en duurtrainingen. Elke training bevat gedetailleerde instructies en gestructureerde trainingsbestanden van TrainingPeaks.
