This 6 week FTP Boost plan is designed for time restricted cyclists who want to increase their FTP with only 4 structured sessions per week. The plan combines proven training methods like sweet spot, threshold progressions, VO2 max work and endurance rides. Every workout includes detailed instructions and TrainingPeaks structured workout files.
