Este plan es para ciclistas de nivel medio - alto que vayan a entrenar a Calpe / Alicante.
Zona ideal para entrenar en diciembre con buen tiempo y buenos puertos para entrenar.
El plan es de una semana, con sesiones de hasta 5 horas con recomendaciones de puertos y rutas.
Se planifican series de:
- Tempo
- FTP
- Vo2 Max

Es necesario usar potenciometro.
