This program is designed for endurance cyclists who want to establish and maximize their aerobic base with a manageable 6–8 hours of training per week. Over 4 weeks, athletes will complete 5 structured workouts per week, including one dedicated muscular endurance session to build strength and resilience on the bike.
The plan balances consistency and recovery, ensuring athletes develop sustainable aerobic fitness while maintaining quality in every session. It’s ideal for riders preparing for longer events or building a foundation before moving into higher‑intensity training phases.
