Para ciclistas CON y SIN Potenciómetro.

Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas que buscan mejorar su explosividad, potencia máxima y capacidad de recuperación entre esfuerzos intensos, elementos clave en criteriums, carreras de mtb, carreras de circuito y competencias cortas con ritmo variable.

A lo largo del programa trabajarás sprints, esfuerzos anaeróbicos y estímulos de VO₂max, combinados estratégicamente con sesiones de base aeróbica y recuperación activa para maximizar las adaptaciones sin sobrecarga.

El enfoque está en aumentar la potencia pico, sostener esfuerzos cortos repetidos y dominar los cambios de ritmo, simulando situaciones reales de competencia.
