¿Qué es el entrenamiento en calor? 🤔

El entrenamiento en calor es una estrategia segura y efectiva que permite al ciclista mejorar su rendimiento cardiovascular ❤️‍🔥 y lograr adaptaciones fisiológicas usando temperaturas elevadas controladas 🌡️.

🤔 ¿Está pensado este plan para mí?

➡️ 3 semanas de entrenamiento en calor, con 3 sesiones por semana 📅, que podrás realizar antes o después de tus rodajes en bicicleta 🚴‍♂️.

➡️ La primera semana se empieza con entrenamientos en sauna finlandesa para lograr una primera adaptación pasiva al calor ♨️.

➡️ Las sesiones en rodillo se realizan dentro de un habitáculo cerrado 🏠, aumentando progresivamente la temperatura entre 35-40 °C 🌡️, mientras que la duración e intensidad se incrementan de forma progresiva 📊.

➡️ Todas las sesiones incluyen instrucciones claras, consejos de seguridad ⚠️ y pautas de hidratación 💧.

➡️ Para realizar los entrenamientos en calor con bicicleta en rodillo y habitáculo cerrado, el material necesario es: 🔥 Calentador, 🚴 Rodillo, 🌡️ Termómetro digital para medir humedad y temperatura interior.
