This is the most comprehensive and performance-focused cycling plan available for the legendary Mallorca 312. Designed to take you from strong and fit to fully 312-ready, it combines two proven plans into one ultimate package.
Start with the 12-week Ride Harder Plan to build all-round cycling fitness, confidence, and consistency. Then transition straight into the 16-week Mallorca 312-specific plan, tailored precisely to the demands of riding 312km and making every checkpoint with time to spare.
And the best part? It's yours to keep. Start whenever suits you, and reuse the plan as often as you like.

Month 1 – ECONOMY
Pedal like a pro and build your mindset.
Lay the foundations with solid base fitness, efficient technique, and positive mental habits. You’ll set your training zones and focus on improving pedal stroke and energy use. This is also where we begin shaping a strong, focused mindset — one that says “I can” on every ride.
Month 2 – LACTATE THRESHOLD
Smash your FTP and sustain more power, longer.
This block is all about raising your threshold and improving endurance at higher intensities. As volume ramps up, you’ll feel the support of the Ride Harder community to keep you motivated. We’ll also dive deeper into ride fuelling and recovery strategies to keep your progress on track.
Month 3 – AEROBIC CAPACITY
Push your fitness ceiling and break through plateaus.
Time to get faster. With focused VO2 and aerobic capacity intervals, you’ll lift your top-end fitness and improve repeatability. We’ll also continue reinforcing the Train Smart Fundamentals — including strength, recovery, sleep, and fuelling strategies to support your training.
🎯 Mallorca 312 Specific Training Block (16 Weeks)
Once you've nailed the Ride Harder base, you'll be ready for the final 16-week Mallorca 312 block — built specifically around the demands of the event. This phase includes:
Long weekend endurance rides to match the sportive demands
Midweek turbo sessions built around your custom power zones
Intensity, structure, and progression – not just more miles
Recovery weeks and taper to arrive fresh on race day
You’ll turn up on the start line of the 2026 Mallorca 312 knowing you've done the work — no guesswork, no gaps, no regrets.
