Is this plan designed for you? ⤵️
➡️ 8 weeks of preseason strength training, 2 sessions per week, using the Velocity Based Training (VBT) method. Through an external device (linear encoder), we prescribe repetitions according to %1RM 🏋️♂️.
➡️ Each session is structured into 6 blocks:
A) Warm-Up 🔥 | B) Get Ready ⚡ | C) Activation 🔓 | D) Main Lift 🏋️ | E) Finisher 🏆 | F) Cool Down 🧘
➡️ Sessions alternate between lower and upper body, targeting the key muscle groups for cycling performance 🚴♂️.
➡️ All exercises include demo videos 🎥, with safety cues and key recommendations ✅.
➡️ You can track your progress and update it easily through the TrainingPeaks app 📲, with automatic synchronization.
