Build fitness from the ground up and arrive on the start line in peak condition with Elevate Fitness Coaching – Base to Race (23 Weeks). This comprehensive program is designed for motivated cyclists who want structure, progression, and results leading into a target event.

Across 23 weeks you’ll:
✔️ Lay the Foundations – Develop endurance and sustainable power with 3 progressive Base phases (Sweet Spot, Threshold & Over-Unders)
✔️ Build High-End Power – Structured VO₂ max and anaerobic work to lift your performance ceiling and race sharpness
✔️ Peak with Precision – A taper and sharpening phase so you arrive fresh, fit, and fast on race day
✔️ Full Strength Training Program Included – Two gym sessions per week, progressing from strength foundations → max strength → power → race-season maintenance
✔️ Balance Stress & Recovery – Deload every 4th week plus scheduled FTP tests to track progress and reset zones

The plan uses power (% of FTP) and heart rate zones where relevant, and is ideal for experienced cyclists training 8–12 hours per week. Whether your goal is a big sportive, road race, or simply your best performance yet, this plan will take you all the way from Base → Build → Peak → Race.
