Plan Description
Who this plan is for:
This plan is designed for riders who have more than 6 hours per week to train and want structured, progressive sessions to build aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, and VO₂ capacity. It’s suitable for experienced riders returning to structure or committed enthusiasts looking to make gains without excessive volume.
What to expect:
5 training days per week (maximum session length ~60 minutes midweek).
A balance of endurance, VO₂, and threshold work, introduced progressively.
Clear instructions and session notes to help you understand the why behind each workout.
Communication is through the CycleCoach Collective community, not 1-to-1 coaching.
What you’ll need:
A bike (indoor or outdoor).
A power meter or smart trainer for accurate training.
A TrainingPeaks Premium account (provided via Bundle) to apply and follow the plan.
