Plan Description

This 4-week plan is designed to deliver a sharp boost in VO2max with minimal training time. Built for experienced athletes, it uses frequent high-intensity intervals, structured recovery, and progressive overload to increase your aerobic capacity and fatigue resistance - all in around 5 hours per week.
