TARGET AUDIENCE
This training is suitable for all master who ride 10,000/15,000 km for year, who want to improve their FTP.

DESCRIPTION
Hi, my name is Luca, I am a cyclist and cycling trainer. I live near "Cesenatico" where the legendary Marco Pantani was born. I was lucky to know his coaches and his friends. A few km from my house there is mount "Carpegna", with the legendary climb "Cippo" where Marco came to train to build his victories.
I created a training program similar to Marco's workouts on Cippo.
This package is part of a complete 6-month program. Each single month can be purchased individually for $15 dollars.
The intensity of the workouts will increase as the months go by. I recommend doing all the months in ascending order.

TRAINING MODE
There are 4 workouts per week: 2 specific midweek workouts that can be done on rollers or outdoors and 2 free outings.
WEEK OF 6/8 hours
- Monday: rest day
- Tuesday: training 1h
- Wednesday: rest day
- Thursday: training 1h
- Friday: rest day
- Saturday: training 2h
- Sunday: free outing 3-4h

CALCULATE FTP
To carry out the workouts, you will first need to know or calculate your FTP. You will then need to enter it in your account options, so that the program can calibrate itself based on your physical level.
The workouts are based on the "Andy Coggan" training zones: select the "Andy Coggan" zone drop-down menu to automatically create the training zones.
