Plan Description
Este plan combina la metodología de trabajo de Training4All, basada en una planificación progresiva y estructurada para optimizar el rendimiento, con la flexibilidad de incluir salidas en grupeta. Está diseñado para deportistas que desean seguir un plan planificado pero, al mismo tiempo, mantener días de mayor libertad para rodar con compañeros, ya sea en un entorno más social o con un punto extra de exigencia.
Las sesiones estructuradas se integran con las salidas en grupo de forma coordinada, cuidando la carga de entrenamiento, la recuperación y la nutrición, para que ambas partes se complementen y no interfieran en la progresión. El objetivo es que puedas disfrutar de la motivación y el estímulo de la grupeta, manteniendo a la vez un seguimiento técnico que te ayude a seguir mejorando.
