Plan Description

Everesting, climbing 8848m (the equivalent of Mt Everest) in hill repeats. A challenge of mental and physical strength. A challenge that is mind over matter, and a lot of specific training. This training plan has helped me to complete 2x Everesting's and 1 x 10,000m challenge. Consistent and specific with low cadence work and a balance of zone 2 aerobic base and tempo stretches out the zone you will need to sit in for this challenge.

If on the first couple of reps you think "this is too easy" that is the perfect pace.
