Avaliação - Prescrição e Acompanhamento de treino

Este plano de treino de 8 semanas visa aumentar o FTP, desenvolver a durabilidade e consolidar a tua base aeróbia com um plano progressivo, realista e baseado em evidência. Ideal para ciclistas que querem estruturar os seus treinos sem abdicar da vida pessoal ou profissional.

Assume-se que tem condição de saúde para realizar este tipo de esforços. Caso não tenha, ou tenha dúvidas procure ajuda especializada antes de iniciar o plano.

O que inclui o plano:
- Duração: 8 semanas
- Tempo total semanal: ~8h (+/- 1h/dia durante a semana + blocos maiores ao fim de semana)
- Sessões com intensidade em zonas de potência (Z1–Z6)
- Dias de descanso e semanas de recuperação programados
- Treinos estruturados
- Foco no atleta amador/ profissional exigente

Objetivos:
- Desenvolver o FTP e potência sustentada;
- Desenvolver a capacidade de repetir esforços intensos com fadiga (durabilidade);
- Aumentar a resiliência em treinos longos de endurance;
- Melhorar a economia de movimento e eficiência metabólica;

Para quem é:
- Ciclistas de estrada, gravel ou BTT;
- Nível intermédio a avançado (FTP testado ou medidor de potência/smart trainer);
- Atletas com 5–10h/semana disponíveis;

Como está estruturado:
- Terças e Quintas: treinos de intensidade controlada e progressiva;
- Sábados e Domingos: treinos longos de endurance e combinação com blocos de tempo;
- 4ª semana de cada bloco: recuperação ativa e menor carga;

Nota final:
É importante que antes de iniciar este plano de treino tenha o seu FTP e as respetivas zonas de treino atualizadas.
