Prepara tu Gran Fondo en 16 semanas:
- Ideal para pruebas de 100km-120km con 1500m de desnivel aproximado
- Nivel medio/avanzado
- Entre 5 y 6 días de entrenamientos de bici a la semana
- 1 día de entrenamiento de fuerza a la semana
- Realización de TEST durante el plan para adecuar la potencia a los entrenamientos
- 2 semanas de tapering previo a la prueba
