Mit diesem 6-wöchigen Trainingsplan bieten wir dir eine strukturierte, sportwissenschaftlich fundierte Vorbereitung auf eines der bekanntesten Jedermann-Etappenrennen Deutschlands.
Du kannst zwischen zwei Planvarianten wählen – für Einsteiger:innen mit etwas Trainingserfahrung oder ambitionierte Fahrer:innen mit Rennerfahrung. Beide Pläne bereiten dich gezielt auf die Belastungsstruktur des Riderman vor: mit spezifischen Intervallen, Grundlagenarbeit, Rennsimulationen und den passenden Entlastungsphasen.
Egal ob du auf Ankommen fährst oder um Platzierungen kämpfst – dieser Plan hilft dir, am Start vorbereitet und am Ziel zufrieden zu sein.
