Plan de Ciclismo – 16 Semanas para tu Carrera de 4+ Horas
Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas principiantes que buscan completar con confianza su primera carrera de larga duración, y también para ciclistas intermedios que desean mejorar su rendimiento y sostener mejores ritmos en esfuerzos de más de 4 horas.
📌 Estructura del entrenamiento:
Entrenamientos basados en zonas de potencia, lo que te permite trabajar con la máxima precisión en cada sesión.
Tests de FTP programados, utilizando rodillo inteligente o potenciómetro, para ajustar tus zonas de entrenamiento y asegurar que cada semana trabajes al nivel adecuado.
Sesiones específicas diseñadas para desarrollar la resistencia aeróbica, la capacidad de mantener potencia estable en el tiempo y la habilidad de gestionar mejor tu energía durante esfuerzos prolongados.
Combinación de rodajes controlados y bloques de intensidad progresiva que prepararán tu cuerpo para sostener el ritmo en una carrera de 4 horas o más.
⚠️ Recomendación clave: Debido a la exigencia de la distancia, se sugiere complementar con asesoría nutricional e hidratación deportiva, así como cuidados básicos de recuperación, para aprovechar al máximo las adaptaciones del plan.
