Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas que buscan afrontar con garantías una Gran Fondo exigente (tipo Quebrantahuesos, 5–10 horas de esfuerzo). Durante 12 semanas de entrenamiento estructurado tendrás todo lo necesario para mejorar tu resistencia, fuerza específica y capacidad de recuperación.

🔹 Duración semanal: entre 10 y 15 horas, con una combinación de días de fondo y sesiones de trabajo estructurado.
🔹 Objetivo: llegar a la salida de tu Gran Fondo en la mejor condición posible, con la confianza de haber entrenado todos los aspectos clave.
