Plan Description

3 Months - 2 Total Body Strength Workouts Per Week

This program includes 3 specific types of loading to increase your tendon and ligament strength: Isometric (static holds under tension), Eccentric (muscle lengthening under tension), and Plyometric (rapidly producing force under tension). It also includes progressive warm ups (mobility & activation) for each phase along with periodized rep ranges (muscular endurance, strength, power) to ensure your muscles are also getting stronger and joints more mobile.

Recommendations:
-This program is advanced and recommended for the athlete with strength training experience.
-Keep 1-3 days between each session
-If paired with a ride (double day), pair it with a shorter high intensity session. Do your ride first if schedule allows
