Plan Description
👉 Si es tu primera vez siguiendo un plan especÃfico para mejorar tu FTP, el objetivo principal será progresar de forma constante y segura. No buscamos mejoras rápidas, sino una evolución sólida que te permita aumentar tu potencia sostenida tras 12 semanas de trabajo estructurado.
👉 Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas intermedios y avanzados que desean incrementar su umbral funcional de potencia, mejorando su capacidad de mantener esfuerzos intensos durante periodos prolongados y optimizando su rendimiento general sobre la bicicleta.
👉 Empezarás con sesiones equilibradas que te permitirán asimilar el volumen y la intensidad iniciales. Semana a semana aumentaremos progresivamente la carga, combinando intervalos al umbral, trabajos de VO2max, fuerza en subida y sesiones especÃficas orientadas a elevar tu potencia crÃtica.
📚 Durante el programa aprenderás a gestionar y utilizar correctamente tus zonas de potencia en cada entrenamiento, entendiendo cómo responder en los esfuerzos clave y cómo evitar la fatiga excesiva o el sobreentrenamiento.
📆 La planificación está estructurada en 12 semanas, con una progresión bien definida:
Semanas de carga con volúmenes de hasta 10–12 horas.
Semanas de descarga o asimilación (6–7 horas) para permitir la recuperación y consolidación de las adaptaciones.
El plan incluye 5–6 dÃas de entrenamiento por semana, combinando sesiones de alta intensidad, trabajos de umbral, técnica, fondo y dÃas de recuperación activa.
💪 Con constancia, disciplina y una buena gestión de tus zonas de potencia, conseguirás elevar tu FTP de forma eficaz y sostenible, alcanzando un nivel de rendimiento superior y una sensación de mayor control y eficiencia en cada salida.
