Plan Description

This is for any intermediate rider who already rides quite regularly, and has already done power-based interval training in the past, but wants to ramp up the intensity and try on a few intervals. Each and every workout supports each other, and try not to miss any one of them. The intensity gradually goes up with each week, with every 4th week being a recovery week. This week should be taken real easy so that you can get stronger for even tougher intervals in the coming weeks.
