6-Week Training Plan | FTP Development



The 6-week Level 3/3 FTP Boost training plan is specifically designed for cyclists aiming to improve their Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and anaerobic threshold (IANS). By combining structured threshold intervals, VO2max sessions, and longer endurance rides, this plan will sustainably increase your performance in high-intensity training and racing situations.
