Plan Description

- This plan is for those who want to build a good aerobic base during winter.
- The consists of 12 weeks of structured training.
- The plan includes on bike sessions (powermeter is needed and HR is recomended)
- In case you only use HR, Race Ready will provide a HR based version of this plan.
- Every cyclist will get constant support from a coach via WhatsApp.
- A powermeter is needed to follow this plan.
- After the 12 weeks, every cyclist will get a 10% discount on any of the training plans from Race Ready Cycling Training.
