Hola, soy Ernesto y quiero contarles mi experiencia con B3LTraining. Antes de empezar con su plan de entrenamiento, sentía que no avanzaba en mi rendimiento. Pedaleaba fuerte, pero no veía mejoras reales, y muchas veces terminaba agotado sin entender por qué.
