Plan Description
This is the official 12 week intermediate training plan specifically designed to prepare you for the Haute Route Alps.
This advanced plan is particularly suited to those riders looking to complete the 7 day event.
If you don't regularly have 14+hrs a week to train, I suggest you look at our Intermediate Plan.
It assumes you have been consistently riding and need a structured, specific plan to get you to the start line of the Haute Route Alps.
