Plan Description
"The Nello", hosted by FORCE Cancer charity, is a fun day on the bike, taking in the stunning Exmoor climbs and a great community spirit with great food stops.
Prepare for the challenge of the 100-mile route (this plan is also great for the shorter routes)with this fully comprehensive training plan. Perfect for the cyclist wanting to get set for an event but doesn't need or want a full time coach, or those looking to take on the challenge to finish and push themselves - this training plan is for you!
With 6-hour base weeks, this training plan is based on the working people and allows time to train but whilst keeping your work and life balance. For those with more time or looking to push themselves further, there are also some optional additional rides. These additional rides are extras, and the base plan is more than enough to get set for the event.
