Plan Description

This plan is best for athletes who have signed up for the 2025 Nepomuk Narly | 40 miler and have up to 10 hours per week to dedicate to training. Each week will consist of 5-6 days of workouts, cumulating 8-10h/week on average. There may be an occasional weekend option to extend the time duration which will push beyond this time range; however, those additional hours are considered optional bonus material.
