Plan Description

Requirements:
- Heart Rate Monitor
- Indoor Trainer
- Power Meter

The focus of each session is a consistent pedal stroke, keeping the pressure within your zone two,
85-95 cadence / rpm.
An indoor trainer works better sometimes as there are no intersections, no difference in gradient etc.

During your group ride sessions, you won't be able to maintain a consistent pedal stroke, so use this opportunity to build your group riding confidence while socializing with friends, and remember...coffee stop is mandatory :)

Group rides can be exchanged with some hill climbing rides, however, keep your hill climbing
pressure to a lower rate. Ideally no more than zone 3 / tempo pace.

How to get your Zone 2: Your FTP in Watts x 0.7 (Example: 250W FTP x 0.7 = 175w)
