Plan Description

This is the ideal plan for a cyclist in the pre-season period. You will ideally be focussed on bunch racing, particularly shorter flat criteriums/circuit races.

The plan provides 5 days of cycling workouts with 2 rest days.

The total volume will be up to 10 hours per week, making it great for an athlete working part or full-time and wanting to excel at a regional level.
