Plano de Treino para o Love Tiles Douro Granfondo
O presente trabalho de preparação física é baseado na potência, pelo que aconselho uma correcta aferição do Limiar Anaeróbio do Ciclista ou FTP, antes de iniciar os treinos.

A aferição do FTP pode e deve ser realizada através de uma avaliação fisiológica num centro certificado e orientado por um fisiologista, ou em alternativa, através de um teste de 60' (valor calculado através da potência média durante esses 60 minutos ou Frequência cardíaca média). Aconselho a utilização do teste de 60' em detrimento de qualquer teste mais curto, pois os valores de FTP ficam menos fidedignos e fiáveis para uma correcta aplicação no programa de treino, onde preconizamos uma melhoria da performance sem prejuízo da saúde e integridade do atleta.

Para a utilização do programa de treino na sua plenitude aconselhamos a utilização de um dispositivo de GPS compatível com o TrainingPeaks, que conduzirá o atleta ao longo de cada momento ao longo do processo de treino e garantindo ainda mais efectividade do treino.

NOTA: Não havendo disponibilidade para realizar todos os treinos propostos, aconselho a seguir a sequência proposta, passando ao treino seguinte sem prejuízo do que ficou por realizar. Isto para não acumular por exemplo treinos de séries seguidos, e menosprezando os treinos de baixa intensidade, que serão o alicerce de toda a evolução.
