Plan Description
This plan should be done after off season preparation, to get your ready and build your FTP before the first events of the season. The plan volume builds week by week in steady state.
The first few weeks are an introduction, followed by high intensity efforts to increase your anaerobic capacity, for then stretch that top end effort, into more sweet spot and threshold efforts, in order to build further your FTP.
This plan is suitable for most disciplines of cycling including road, mtb, gravel, cyclocross, etc.
The plan is easy to follow and understand, with some videos attached to some of the sessions for even better understanding. It is build with my knowledge of over a decade of coaching experience and over 25 years in the cycling world, between racing and coaching.
