Plan Description

This is a 4 week taster plan, great for all levels. Zones will be allocated to the individual to optimise the sessions. A heartrate monitor and or power meter would be really good to use during these sessions, but it is not essential. There is a mix of indoor, outdoor and gym sessions for you to follow with descriptions within them. Each week progresses on from the last.
