If you are new to Interval training , this is a great start. Simple to follow workouts that build you up with time. 2 Intervals per week with a short Z2 in between. Longer Z2 workouts on the weekend.
You rest on Mondays and Fridays. And because of that , the day before your rest days on Sunday and Thursday is perfect time for strength training. You have the following day to recover without causing harm to your cycling gains.
I spent years dialing everything to make it simple, straight forward, and effective.
This block is the second stepping stone in a larger build towards your big goal. I will start publishing the rest of the blocks so you can add the following month, reuse, repurpose and improve. It can be used as a template as well .You can adjust it to your needs by following some basic understanding of TSS, CTL,ATL, TSB . . .etc.
Can be as low or high volume as you’d like. You can increase the TSS or Volume to adjust to your needs.
