MEJORA TU FTP EN 12 SEMANAS.
Este plan de entrenamiento está creado para que mejores tu umbral de potencia funcional (FTP). Para poder entrenar en las zonas correctas será muy importante que estes familiarizado a trabajar con el potenciómetro y tener actualizado los datos de FTP en tu perfil de Trainingpeaks. Para poder tener actualizadas las zonas la primera semana realitzaremos un test de FTP, en l'actividad encontraras todos los tips para realizarlo correctamente.
Estructura del plan
Las primeras 6 semanas trabajaremos intensidades de SweetSpot i FTP extensivo.
Las otras 6 semanas entrenaremos intensidades des de FTP intensivo VO2max y intensidades más altas.
Este plan está dirigido para todos aquellos ciclistas que quieran mejorar en las subidas.
Este plan incluye;
- Instrucciones previas de como afrontar este plan d'entrenamiento.
- Entrenamientos de fuerza con posibilidad de realizarlos en casa o en gimnasio, así como videos de como hacer los ejercicios.
- Entrenamientos estructurados exportables a cualquier ciclocomputador.
- Pautas de nutrición pre, post i durante cada entrenamiento.
