Plan entrenamiento para afrontar la marcha cicloturista QUEBRANTAHUESOS con éxito. Está marcha destaca por su largo recorrido y el desnivel por los puertos míticos como Marie Blanc o Pourtalet. Planteamos entrenamientos más cortos durante la semana, combinando con trabajo de fuerza y los fines de semana para trabajar el fondo. El objetivo principal es conseguir un mejor rendimiento en rutas de 200km y más de 3000 metros de desnivel.

Este plan está dirigido para todos aquellos ciclistas que quieran participar en la prueba pero tienen dudas de como afrontar la preparación.

Durante las 12 semanas trabajaremos intensidades des de z1 los días de recuperación hasta la zona 5 en días muy puntuales. Pero la mayoría del tiempo en z3 (TEMPO) y z4 (FTP) puesto que estas intensidades son las que nos ayudaran en la QH.

Este plan incluye;
- Entrenamientos de fuerza con posibilidad de realizarlos en casa o en gimnasio, así como videos de como hacer los ejercicios.
- Entrenamientos estructurados exportables a cualquier ciclocomputador.
- Pautas de nutrición pre, post i durante cada entrenamiento.
