Questo Piano di allenamento completo a 12 settimane è studiato per tutti quei ciclisti che dispongono di poco tempo e non riescono ad allenarsi in strada durante la settimana, il piano può essere eseguito sia con allenamenti indoor che su strada.
Prevede due allenamenti durante la settimana e due uscite nel fine settimana ( si può optare anche per una sola uscita in caso di poco tempo a disposizione , in questo caso verrà privilegiato un allenamento che sarà quello ad alto volume)
E’ un programma per ciclisti che intendono affrontare medie e lunghe distanze con dislivello in quanto è completo e finalizzato ad allenare tutte le varie capacità di forza , resistenza e velocità , strutturato con Periodo di Base, periodo di costruzione , fino ad arrivare al periodo di Gara Picco , prevede già settimane di scarico e tapering per gara di priorità “A" collocata alla fine del programma delle 12 settimane.
Una volta acquistato il piano e collocato nel vostro calendario con data gara “A” il programma e gli allenamenti si aggiorneranno sui vostri dispositivi con i vostri range allenanti e varieranno a seconda dei vostri aggiornamenti su FTP e FTHR , per tanto non dovrete fare altro che allenarvi e seguire sul vostro dispositivo i range proposti.
Potete riutilizzare questo piano ogni volta che lo desiderate selezionando la data di inizio sul vostro calendario di trainingpeaks.
