Ce programme Masters Zone 2 propose un entraînement 5 jours/semaine (3 jours en semaine, 2 week-ends) avec deux jours de test au cours de la deuxième semaine. Ces informations optimisent votre entraînement.
Utilisez votre compte premium Training Peaks pour calculer vos zones d'entraînement, ou obtenez de l'aide ici.
Préparation
- Si vous avez un vélo, vous êtes prêt à partir !
- Un capteur de puissance est utile, mais la fréquence cardiaque ou le RPE fonctionnent aussi.
- Engagez-vous à rouler 5 jours, jusqu'à 8 heures/semaine.
- Les sorties peuvent se faire sur un home-trainer ou en extérieur.
