Is this training plan right for you?
Elevate your Zwift racing experience with a tailored plan from Chris Dawson, coach of the world's No.1 Ranked Zwift Rider during Covid. This program is suitable for all levels and offers up to 5 sessions weekly (3 weekdays, 2 weekends). We start with benchmark tests to gauge your starting point. For optimal results, complete our Base, Build, or Peak plans before this Zwift-centric journey. Please refrain from racing on Zwift during the program, if possible!

What preparations are required?
- Any level rider can complete this plan, with a base fitness level.
- A power meter is beneficial, but heart rate or RPE works too.
- Commit to 5 days of riding, up to 8 hours/week.
- Rides can be on a turbo trainer or outdoors.
