Plan Description
Base træning fra november og lidt ind i Januar for den competetive/ambitiøse Master rytter!
* optimalt er start på dette program, beregnet til at være start november, hvis du vil sikre dig bedst muligt for at være klar til intervaltræningen fremmod sæsonstart,
* Programmet varer 12 uger så ca hen midt januar (alt efter kalendere ugerne). Hvor du her efter kan begynde at bygge dine egne træningsuger og gøre det du har behov for frem mod sæson starten(dette program skal ses som hjælp til struktureret træning i vinter månederne).
Du er selvfølgelig velkommen til at tage kontakt til mig hvis du har brug for yderligere struktureret træning, så skrædersyer vi et program der passer til dine behov. (der er også mulighed fora at få dette program med lactat zoner, men der skal du kontakte mig).
