PLAN 8 semanas CICLISMO Base Aeróbica por Frecuencia Cardíaca para ciclistas intermedios
Diseñado para los ciclistas con alguna experiencia previa que quieren mejorar su base aeróbica como parte de una pretemporada.
Este plan de 8 semanas se centra en mejorar tu base aeróbica así como aumentar tu capacidad de recuperación a alta intensidad. Los ciclistas deberán tener acceso a terreno escarpado para conseguir una óptima progresión y adaptación a las demandas de la competición.
🔹Duración: 8 semanas.
🔹Método: Polarizado basado en Frecuencia Cardíaca.
🔹Frecuencia de entrenamiento: 5-7 veces por semana incluidas sesiones de fuerza (de 6,5 a 8,5 horas/semana).
🔹Test: Inicial y final para determinar las zonas de entrenamiento.
Entrenamiento por zonas de Entrenamiento por FC y ritmo, con sesiones:
-Sesiones regenerativas/recuperación.
-Sesiones de resistencia aeróbica.
-Sesiones de ritmo de carrera.
-Sesiones de VO2Max/Umbral.
-Sesiones de Entrenamiento de Fuerza.
⚙️Entrenamientos estructurados en tu dispositivo, solo tienes que seguir lo que te marque tu Garmin.
