Este plan de entrenamiento ha sido diseñado pensando en aquellos ciclistas que tienen poco tiempo para entrenar durante la semana y no cuentan con un potenciómetro.

El plan se basa en zonas de Frecuencia Cardiaca (FC).

Es un plan apropiado para aquellos ciclistas que desean pasar de cicloturistas a ciclistas competitivos, es decir, participar en sus primeras carreras de ciclismo amateur, con una excelente periodo de base que ayudará a la oxidación de grasa, coadyuvando a la pérdida de peso y, por otro lado, lograr un pico de forma duradero.
