Ready for the Mallorca 312 in 2025? Want to finish within the strict cut-off times? This 12-week training plan is for you! It’s the most detailed and comprehensive plan available for the event, and it’s yours to keep and reuse whenever you want.

Having completed this challenging event before, I know exactly what it takes to cross that finish line. This plan is tailored to meet the specific fitness demands of the Mallorca 312. It includes long weekend club rides and midweek turbo trainer sessions, all designed around your custom training zones to ensure you’re training within your capabilities. By the time you hit the start line, you’ll know you’ve put in the work!

When Does It Start?
The official start date is February 3rd, 2025, taking you right up to the event on April 26th, 2025. But since the sessions are yours to keep, why not download and start today?

How Many Hours Per Week?
This plan demands commitment, with 10-12 hours of training per week. If this feels like too much, check out our other Mallorca plans that fit different training time needs. Weekly sessions include turbo trainer workouts using Power, compatible with Zwift, TrainerRoad, and Smart trainers in ERG mode. Longer rides are scheduled for weekends, allowing you to train with your club mates while sticking to your plan.
