Plan Description
Looking to take on the ultimate cycling climbing challenge? Having completed 3 Everests and a virtual 10k, I have trained, fuelled and experienced every high and low of an Everesting.
The build-up is key to finishing this challenge with a mix of zone 2 to build the pace, but also with some low cadence work to get your body used to the grind of the climb.
Working on a mixture of Anaerobic, threshold and base endurance, this training plan has worked for me and worked for a few others to achieve the full everesting as well as half and base camps.
