Plan Description
Designed to start 6 months out from the event, this plan will prepare anyone to take on any of the available Bicycle Network 16 week Peaks Challenge training plans.
This program is for beginners and intermediate riders wanting some base kms (up to 10hrs a week later in the program) to kick-start their Peaks campaign.
Built workouts should load automatically onto bike computer or third-party app for simple and time-efficient training.
If the weather is nice and you have time for an extra ride, go for it, keep it easy and try not to miss the key sessions.
