Do you want a coach to look at your history and design a proper overload and taper, just for you and your unique situation?
Do you want to have the best chance of having good legs on race day?

Welcome to my "OVERLOAD AND TAPER BLOCK".

This is a 2 week overload followed by 2 weeks of taper and can be used for any type of event with customizations.

With all of my blocks, I provide instructions and tools to customize them yourself.
However, with this particular block, DIY'ing gets a little more complicated. It's not impossible, but a little more tricky. It's easier if you have experience with my other blocks (all of which are much more straight forward).

So, in this block I'll do the customization for you to be sure you're dialed in and ready for your big event. I'm offering this because I want you to have the best legs you've had all year on the day of your event! I also don't want you to worry about your plan (worry about trying to complete the workouts instead).

I'll be using all of my experience with a wide range of athletes, I'll look at your history, and I'll look at your event to design the best overload and taper for you.

It's going to fun, and you won't have to worry about your plan!!!

There's a few requirements that will make this a better experience for you:
-CTL of at least 70. I'm assuming that you've been training up until this.
-Your rides are logged in TrainingPeaks and have power data.
-The week before starting this, you have a recovery week.
-You have some training experience in the past and this year.

If that all checks out, then you'd be a great candidate. After purchasing, you'll see instructions in the plan for how to connect with me. Follow this instructions to get going. I only ask to give me a max of 1 week to get your plan dialed.
